AI Engineering Lead - Client-Facing, Part-Time

We are a global technology and professional services organization working with North American clients on AI, software engineering, automation, and technology advisory projects. We are expanding our network of senior, client-facing AI and engineering professionals for ongoing part-time engagements. Our Current Areas of Work 1. AI Engineering Productivity - Help engineering teams improve AI-driven development processes, workflows, tools, coding agents, and developer productivity. Relevant experience may include Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex, MCP, AI agents, or similar technologies. 2. AI Solutions Engineering - Design practical AI solutions connecting business systems such as CRM, email, telephony, databases, APIs, and automation platforms. Relevant experience may include Make.com, Zapier, n8n, LangChain, HubSpot, Salesforce, LLMs, agents, RAG, or similar technologies. 3. AI Technology Assessment - Analyze AI products and systems, including architecture, LLMs/models, RAG/agents, data, performance, infrastructure, reliability, security, and technical risks. Who We Are Looking For * 7+ years of relevant engineering or technology experience preferred * Strong client-facing experience and excellent professional English * Broad software engineering, systems, and architecture knowledge * Meaningful professional experience with modern AI technologies * Ability to independently lead technical discussions, analysis, and recommendations with clients * Background may include Engineering Manager, Engineering Lead, Director/Head of Engineering, CTO, Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar roles * Hands-on development experience is valuable, but this is not primarily a coding role Engagement This is part-time, project-based work with variable hours. Some months may involve only a few hours, while active projects may require 20+ hours. Most client meetings are during North American business hours.
