About the Opportunity Are you a native English speaker from the United States with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking articulate, engaging individuals to participate in conversational assessment sessions designed to support and enhance spoken English proficiency in both professional and everyday communication. Key Responsibilities Participate in live or recorded conversational role-play sessions as a native US English speaker. Evaluate participants' spoken English across key areas, including pronunciation, fluency, clarity, vocabulary usage, and overall communication effectiveness. Provide constructive, objective, and actionable feedback to help individuals improve their spoken English skills. Encourage learners to build confidence and develop stronger workplace and interpersonal communication abilities. Serve as a model for natural, authentic, and professional US English communication. Ideal Candidate Native speaker of US English with excellent verbal communication skills. Strong listening, comprehension, and analytical abilities. Ability to assess spoken language objectively and identify areas for improvement. Professional, supportive, and encouraging communication style. Experience in customer service, coaching, training, education, or other communication-focused roles is desirable but not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in English language teaching, tutoring, coaching, assessment, or related fields. Familiarity with evaluating pronunciation, accent, fluency, and overall communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping others improve their language proficiency. Strong attention to detail and appreciation for linguistic and cultural nuances.
