About the Opportunity Are you a native English speaker from the United States with outstanding verbal communication skills? We are looking for individuals with authentic US English fluency to participate in simulated conversation sessions aimed at improving spoken English skills for professional and everyday communication. Key Responsibilities Take part in live or recorded role-play conversations as a native US English speaker. Assess participants' spoken English proficiency, including pronunciation, fluency, clarity, vocabulary, and overall effectiveness. Deliver clear, objective, and constructive feedback to help participants strengthen their communication skills. Support learners in building confidence and achieving greater workplace communication proficiency. Act as a model for natural, professional, and conversational US English. Candidate Profile Native US English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills. Strong listening, comprehension, and analytical abilities. Capable of evaluating spoken language objectively and offering practical improvement suggestions. Encouraging, professional, and supportive communicator. Experience in customer service, coaching, training, education, or communication-focused roles is beneficial but not mandatory. Preferred Experience Background in English language instruction, tutoring, assessment, or coaching. Familiarity with speech, accent, pronunciation, or communication evaluations. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others develop their language abilities. Strong attention to detail and appreciation for language nuances.
