Enterprise Design & Development of a Global Digital Health Ecosystem: Mobile App & Web Portal

About Us: We are the Youth Club for Hypertension Awareness and Prevention (YCHAP), a global digital health initiative. Our mission is twofold: helping global youth build lifelong active-walking habits to prevent non-communicable diseases (like hypertension and diabetes) and reducing global carbon emissions through active transport, while connecting underserved populations in remote or developing regions with remote medical experts. We have a working concept built via an AI prototype, and we are now looking to partner with a professional, multidisciplinary software development agency to build a robust, scalable, production-ready version from scratch. What We Need Built: We are looking for a collaborative tech partner (Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Flutter Developers, and QA Engineers) to design, build, and launch our cross-platform ecosystem consisting of a mobile app and a companion web portal. Key Deliverables & Technical Scope: - Cross-Platform Mobile App: Developed in Flutter for seamless performance across iOS and Android. - Native Biometric Integration: Battery-efficient tracking using Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Google Health Connect (Android) to accurately capture step counts and distance. - Offline-First Architecture: A local-to-cloud synchronization solution (using PouchDB/CouchDB or equivalent) so users in areas with poor or intermittent connectivity can log data offline and sync seamlessly when reconnected. - Healthcare Interoperability: Backend capability to format and handle data using HL7/FHIR standards for future integration with hospital EHR systems (like OpenMRS). - Secure Cloud Infrastructure: HIPAA-aligned security protocols including TLS encryption, AES-256 data at rest, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). - Gamification & Rewards: Leaderboards, daily streaks, point accumulation ledgers, and a secure QR-code reward redemption flow. - Carbon Tracking Algorithm: Real-time translation of steps/distance into quantified CO2 emissions prevented. - Web Portal: A responsive marketing and telemedicine dashboard website.
