Entertainment Booking & Sales Manager — DJ/Singer/Live Entertainment

I’m a professional London-based DJ, singer and live entertainer looking for an experienced entertainment booking / sales / lead-generation specialist to help me build a consistent pipeline of paid work. I have two separate career directions. This role is specifically for my commercial entertainment business, not my artistic career. The aim is simple: Generate better-quality paid bookings and increase my income. What I need you to do I want someone proactive who can: * Research suitable venues and clients. * Build a qualified prospect list. * Contact venues/businesses/event companies. * Write professional outreach emails and messages. * Contact prospects through appropriate channels. * Follow up consistently. * Maintain a CRM/booking spreadsheet. * Track every lead and outcome. * Identify new markets and opportunities. * Help improve my entertainment packages/offers. * Identify opportunities where my DJ + singing combination gives me an advantage. * Research international/resort opportunities where appropriate. * Help turn enquiries into confirmed bookings. I’m open to using email, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, telephone outreach and paid advertising where there is a clear business case. What I DON’T want I don’t want someone who simply: * posts on Instagram * sends generic spam * buys leads * buys followers * uses bots * sends thousands of irrelevant messages * promises unrealistic booking numbers I want qualified prospects and genuine business opportunities. First 30 days I want you to: 1. Review my existing entertainment offering and profiles. 2. Identify the best target markets. 3. Help refine my packages/positioning if necessary. 4. Build a qualified prospect database. 5. Begin targeted outreach. 6. Follow up systematically. 7. Track responses. 8. Identify which markets are producing the best opportunities. 9. Report back on activity, responses, enquiries and bookings. First 60 days The aim is to establish a repeatable booking pipeline. I want measurable numbers for: * qualified prospects contacted * responses * conversations * enquiries * auditions/opportunities * confirmed bookings * booking value * repeat opportunities Performance-based pay I’m open to a base fee plus performance bonuses for measurable results. For example, I would consider an agreed bonus for bookings that can be directly attributed to your work. I’m also happy to discuss a 30-day trial before committing long term.
