# Entrepreneurial Attorney – Immigration Partner Track (Remote) **Location:** Remote (U.S.) **Compensation:** Approximately **$2,000–$10,000+ per month**, depending on responsibilities, participation and performance. --- We're building a different type of immigration law firm. Rather than hiring attorneys into a traditional associate role, we're launching a Partner Track for entrepreneurial attorneys who want to help build a modern immigration practice while progressively expanding their legal responsibilities. Our practice focuses primarily on O-1, EB-1, EB-2 and E-2 matters for entrepreneurs, founders, investors, artists and other extraordinary professionals. ## Who We're Looking For We're interested in attorneys who: * Are admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction - but you can live anywhere. * Are entrepreneurial and commercially minded. * Enjoy building professional relationships. * Want to develop expertise in business immigration. * Are excited to grow with a rapidly scaling firm. Immigration experience is helpful, but **not required**. We're open to attorneys from other practice areas who are motivated to learn. --- ## What You'll Be Doing Depending on your experience and progression within the Partner Track, your work may include: * Helping develop new client opportunities. * Participating in attorney consultations. * Reviewing immigration petitions. * Conducting legal research. * Assisting with complex strategy questions. * Helping launch new service lines. * Progressing toward reviewing and signing responsibilities as competency is demonstrated. --- ## Compensation Compensation depends on the nature of your work and responsibilities within the firm. Assignments may include: * Participation in client matters. * Legal review work. * Internal legal projects. * Business-development initiatives. * Practice-development projects. * Specialist legal assignments. Attorneys who expand their responsibilities over time have the opportunity to substantially increase their earnings. Illustratively, many attorneys joining the Partner Track could begin with a few thousand dollars per month in work and, as they demonstrate competency and assume greater responsibility, increase that to **$10,000+ per month** through a combination of legal work, business-development initiatives and strategic projects.
