Entry-Level Dashboard Assistant (Training Provided)

Progress Residential is looking for a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Dashboard Assistant to join our remote team. This is a great opportunity for someone with little or no previous experience who wants to learn new skills and gain practical experience in a professional environment. Your day-to-day work will include updating dashboards, organizing records, entering customer and project information, documenting payment details, responding to basic customer questions, and helping keep project information organized and up to date. The tasks are straightforward, and you will receive training and guidance to help you get comfortable with the role. For positions that include certain property management responsibilities, candidates may be asked to obtain a temporary real estate management license. If required, we will guide you through the process step by step, and eligible licensing fees will be fully reimbursed after the required authorization is successfully completed. Licensing reimbursement, contract payments, and time tracking will be handled through Upwork in accordance with applicable platform policies and the agreed engagement terms. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, comfortable with basic computer tasks, and ready to learn while working remotely.
