Entry-Level Operations Assistant | Training Provided

Homelex Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Dashboard Assistant to join our remote team. This position is well-suited for individuals with limited professional experience who are interested in developing practical skills in administrative support and digital operations. Responsibilities include updating dashboards, organizing records, entering customer and project information, documenting payment details, and assisting with basic customer service tasks using provided instructions. No previous experience is required, as training and ongoing support will be provided. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using computer systems, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy. Depending on the responsibilities assigned, candidates may be asked to complete a temporary real estate management authorization process as part of onboarding. Guidance will be provided throughout the process, and eligible onboarding-related expenses may be addressed in accordance with the engagement terms and applicable Upwork procedures.
