3D Environment / Visual Asset Prep Specialist for Interactive Web Experience

We are developing a high-end luxury resort and real estate master plan web experience (inspired by interactive property showcases like Primland). We have stunning, high-resolution AI-generated master plan concept art. We need a talented 3D artist or visual specialist who can help prepare these assets for a web environment. Your Responsibilities: * Take our AI-generated master plan images and evaluate them for 3D/2.5D web integration. * Clean, slice, or texture-map visual assets so they are optimized for real-time web engines. * Assist in building out low-poly terrain meshes or cleanly layered visual elements (sky, ocean, topography, infrastructure pins) for our WebGL developer. Requirements: * Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or advanced Photoshop asset preparation. * Strong understanding of asset optimization for web (low polygon counts, texture baking, and compression). * An eye for luxury, high-end real estate and hospitality aesthetics.
