I’m a content creator looking for a creative, social-media-savvy person to assist with a 2-week social media engagement project (approximately 20 hours per week / 40 hours total). The work will primarily involve monitoring Latin American social media content, identifying relevant engagement opportunities, and writing creative Spanish comment suggestions for selected posts. I’m looking for someone who: Has an excellent, natural command of Spanish, including humor, slang, informal conversation, and social media language. Has a strong understanding of Latin American culture, entertainment, influencers, trends, and social media. Is naturally funny, creative, and quick at coming up with clever or attention-grabbing responses. Regularly uses Instagram and keeps up with current social media trends. Can learn and adapt to my personality, humor, and communication style. Is reliable, responsive, and able to work independently. Familiarity with the social media culture of multiple Latin American countries is a major plus. This project requires approximately 20 hours per week for 2 weeks. Because social media moves quickly, I’m looking for someone who has flexibility throughout the day rather than someone who is only available during one specific block of time. If we work well together, there may be an opportunity for ongoing work after the initial project.
