We are looking for a Klaviyo specialist with real experience in Shopify and lifecycle marketing to implement a complete post-purchase flow system for our pet brand. IMPORTANT: This is **not** a simple newsletter project. All email copy has already been written and structured. We have already defined: * Customer journey * Segmentation * Timing * Cross-sell strategy * Subscription strategy * Retention strategy We are looking for someone with strong technical and strategic Klaviyo expertise to build the flows and implement all the emails. About Us We are a Shopify e-commerce business in the pet care industry. We sell natural products for dogs, cats, and rabbits. What Needs to Be Implemented A complete post-purchase flow system, including: * First-time customers * Returning customers * Subscribers vs. non-subscribers * Reorder reminder flows * Cross-sell flows * Review request flows * Subscription promotion flows Separate segmentation for: * Dogs * Cats * Rabbits In total: Approximately 12 flows including branches, conditional splits, and exclusion logic.
