Etsy Shop Manager Needed – Jewellery SEO, Product Research & Growth

We are looking for an experienced Etsy Shop Manager / Growth Specialist for a long-term partnership with our growing jewellery shop. The shop is already established and generating sales. We need someone who can actively help us scale it — not simply upload listings. Your responsibilities will include: • Researching trending and high-demand jewellery products • Finding reliable, good-quality jewellery suppliers at competitive prices • Etsy competitor and market research • Professional Etsy SEO and keyword research • Creating/optimising titles, all 13 tags, descriptions and attributes • Improving existing listings and conversion rates • Identifying new product opportunities before they become oversaturated • Helping with pricing and product strategy • Monitoring shop/listing performance and suggesting improvements • Etsy Ads and marketing recommendations when appropriate • Developing strategies to increase traffic, conversion and sales We need someone with proven experience in Etsy, SEO, e-commerce and marketing. Jewellery/fashion experience is strongly preferred. This is a long-term role, not a one-time SEO project. Compensation: $200/month base + additional performance-based commission/bonuses for genuine sales growth. As the shop grows and you demonstrate results, there is potential to increase compensation.
