Event Contractor --Speaker Management

Exciting News! 🌟 Our team is growing! 🚀 Due to continued growth, we are thrilled to announce that we are looking to hire 2–3 experienced Speaker Management contractors to support national conferences during the upcoming 2026/2027 event season. If you have 3+ years of experience working with conference speakers, content teams, or event operations and are open to a 6–8-month contract, we’d love to connect! Contracts will run from Sept/Oct through April/May. Some of your responsibilities will include: ❖ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned speakers throughout the planning process and onsite experience. ❖ Support speakers with session preparation, scheduling, deadlines, presentation collection, and logistics coordination. ❖ Coordinate and track speaker deliverables including bios, headshots, presentations, agreements, and related materials. ❖ Partner with internal teams including content, registration, housing, AV/production, and client leads to ensure a seamless speaker experience. ❖ Maintain accurate speaker tracking documents and provide regular status updates on deliverables and outstanding items. ❖ Develop and manage speaker communications, reminders, and deadline-driven outreach. ❖ Assist with onsite speaker management including speaker ready rooms, session support, schedule changes, and escalations as needed. ❖ Help create a polished, high-touch speaker experience from initial outreach through event execution.
