Event Floor Plan Designer (Prismm / Cvent Event Diagramming) for Wedding & Events Venue

About us We are Moon Flower Hill, a luxury wedding and events venue on 15 private acres overlooking Lake Travis, just outside Austin, Texas. We host weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations across several distinct spaces, and we want our floor plans available in Prismm so the planners and clients we work with can design and visualize their events in our venue. What we need We are looking for an experienced event floor plan designer to build accurate, to-scale, ready-to-use floor plans of our venue spaces inside Prismm (formerly AllSeated, now Cvent Event Diagramming). We have already started, but we want a professional to do it properly: precise scaling, the right details, and a clean set of reusable layout templates. Spaces to build The Pavilion, a 60 ft x 60 ft tented space (3,600 sq ft) with two center support poles and a built-in corner bar. Luna Manor, a 6,000 sq ft mansion with multiple connected rooms (dining, bar/lounge, grand hall, prep suites, and more). The Glass House, a new two-story event hall opening in 2027 (roughly 7,400 sq ft with a main dining hall and a mezzanine), to be built from architectural CAD drawings. The Veranda and outdoor ceremony areas, if feasible. Scope of work Build each space as an accurate, to-scale floor plan in our Prismm / Cvent Event Diagramming account, working from the architectural drawings and dimensions we provide. Scale each plan precisely and show the structural elements planners must design around (tent poles, columns, the built-in bar, fireplaces). Create a set of standard layout templates for each space (seated banquet with rounds, ceremony rows, cocktail, and classroom/theater for corporate use), using our real table and chair inventory and honest, realistic capacities. Save the finished plans to our library and set them up so they can be shared with outside planners and clients. Provide a short written or video walkthrough so our team can duplicate a plan and share it for each new event. What we will provide Architectural drawings (CAD and PDF) for each space. Dimensioned floor plans and square footages. Our furniture inventory (table sizes and counts, chair counts) and target capacities. Access to our Prismm / Cvent Event Diagramming account. Ideal candidate Hands-on experience building floor plans in Prismm / AllSeated or Cvent Event Diagramming / Social Tables (strongly preferred). A track record creating to-scale event floor plans and seating diagrams for venues, caterers, or planners. Comfortable reading architectural drawings and scaling accurately from them. Detail-oriented, and familiar with real-world banquet, ceremony, and cocktail setups and capacities. Clear, responsive communicator. Nice to have 3D floor plan or virtual walkthrough experience. Wedding or events industry background. Familiarity with how a venue gets listed or made discoverable in the Prismm/Cvent venue network.
