Event & Marketing Coordinator

Seeking a dependable, personable, highly organized and enthusiastic professional with some experience in event coordination and/or hosting to assist with a fun and unique recurring networking event designed to create new business opportunities and strengthen professional relationships. Responsibilities: Promote the monthly event through monthly CRM newsletter and social media, (content provided) to maximize attendance. Manage RSVPs via CRM Attend the event on Tuesday, September 29th, from 5:30–8:30 PM Coordinate event registration, greeting guests and check-in Send post-event follow-up email campaign via CRM (content provided) Up to 30 attendees: $250/month 31–50 attendees: $350/month 50+ attendees: Additional fee based on attendance This is a fixed, deliverable-based monthly project, not an hourly position. IDEAL CANDIDATE Experience in event coordination, CRM management, instagram, Facebook, real estate, mortgage, or client relations is a plus. Must be comfortable interacting professionally with guests, managing details, communicating with attendees and following through independently. Growth opportunities and incentives through additional marketing, client relations and business support responsibilities, with increased compensation based on the expanded role.
