Professional Event Photographer & Videographer – Healthcare Customer Conference (Raleigh, NC) Project Overview We are seeking an experienced event photographer and videographer to capture a multi-day healthcare customer event in Raleigh, North Carolina. The audience consists of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and BD associates, with approximately 45–50 attendees. The objective is to create a high-quality library of photography and video assets that can be used for future marketing, customer advocacy, internal communications, social media, event promotion, and corporate storytelling. Scope of Work Photography Capture a variety of professional event images including: Customer presentations and speakers Audience engagement and participation Panel discussions and open dialogue sessions Networking interactions Group shots Candid moments Venue and environmental photography BD team interaction with customers Videography Capture high-quality footage including: Customer presentations Audience Q&A and discussion sessions General event atmosphere and B-roll Networking interactions Facility and venue footage (where permitted) BD team engagement with customers Interview Capture (Preferred) We are interested in capturing short, informal "man-on-the-street" style interviews with attendees if opportunities arise naturally during the event, particularly during the Tuesday evening reception. Interview footage may include: Event experience and key takeaways Industry insights Customer perspectives Reactions to presentations and discussions Experience conducting light interview prompting is a plus.
