Event Photographer for Student Hackathon (Chennai, India)

We are looking for a creative and dependable Event Photographer to capture high-quality photos during PEC HACKS 4.0, a premier student hackathon hosted at Panimalar Engineering College in Chennai. The event brings together hundreds of tech students, industry mentors, and judges building software and hardware solutions over the weekend. We need a professional who can capture the collaborative energy, workshops, mentor sessions, and major milestone moments for social media, marketing campaigns, and post-event recaps. Scope of Work & Responsibilities Total Time Commitment: 10 hours distributed across the 2-day weekend event (a detailed shift schedule will be provided beforehand). Key Moments to Cover: Opening Ceremony: Stage keynotes, host announcements, audience reaction shots, and lighting displays. Hacking & Workshops:Teams brainstorming, 1-on-1 mentor guidance, dynamic workshop shots, candid group interactions, and late-night building. Closing Ceremony & Awards: Final pitches, judging rounds, trophy presentations, winner announcements, and team photos.
