Everfit → New Coaching App Migration Specialist **Contract / Project-Based | Remote | Fitness Industry** ### About the project Ellavate Coaching is an established online women's fitness coaching business. We are currently migrating from our training App Everfit to a new coaching platform (Vault Coach) and are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented person to help transfer and rebuild our existing training resources and digital coaching library. This is primarily a **data entry, content migration and platform setup role**. Your job is to accurately take our existing resources from Everfit and recreate them inside our new platform, while keeping everything organised, consistent and client-ready. ### What you'll be doing * Reviews our custom exercise library in Everfit and transfer over the YouTube exercise library to the new app * Review our existing resources inside Everfit on-demand section * Export/download information where possible * Upload coaching resources, PDFs, videos, images and other digital resources * Recreate our resource/library structure inside the new platform * Rename and organise resources consistently * Identify anything that cannot be transferred and create a list for review * Cross-check migrated content against the original Everfit resources * Maintain a migration spreadsheet/checklist so we can track what has been completed * Flag any discrepancies, missing resources or platform limitations * Perform a final quality-control check before resources are considered complete ### What we're looking for You must be: * Extremely detail-oriented * Organised and methodical * Comfortable with repetitive data-entry work * Tech-savvy and confident learning new software * Experienced with online fitness/coaching platforms * Able to follow existing systems and instructions precisely * Excellent at checking your own work * Reliable and able to work independently * Comfortable working with a large volume of digital content ### Experience that would be highly desirable * Previous experience using Everfit * Experience migrating between fitness coaching platforms * Experience with Trainerize, Everfit, TrueCoach, Kahunas, PT Distinction or similar platforms * Experience working as a VA for an online fitness coach * Experience uploading and organising workout programs * Experience with digital resource libraries/content hubs ### Project structure The project will begin with a **small paid trial batch**. You will be given a selection of resources to migrate from Everfit into the new platform. We will review the quality and accuracy of the work before moving forward with the remainder of the migration.
