Excel Business Intelligence & KPI Dashboard Specialist Needed

I am looking for an expert-level Excel/Data Analytics professional to upgrade and improve several existing business spreadsheets that I currently use to manage my company. I already have working spreadsheets with financial projections, sales information, recurring revenue, expenses, and other business data. I am not looking for someone to simply make the spreadsheets look better. I want an expert who can review what I have built, identify what is missing, improve the formulas and structure, and turn the spreadsheets into a more advanced business intelligence and management system. The upgraded spreadsheets should include, where appropriate: * Executive/CEO dashboard with key business KPIs * Monthly sales and revenue tracking * Individual sales representative performance * Sales goals vs. actual performance * Lead-to-sale conversion and closing percentages * Recurring revenue tracking * Customer retention and churn analysis * Financial performance and profitability * Expense and payroll tracking * Monthly and longer-term forecasting * Actual vs. projected results * Trend analysis and early warning indicators * Automated calculations and reporting * Power Query or other Excel automation where beneficial I also want the freelancer to evaluate my existing spreadsheets and recommend additional KPIs, reports, formulas, dashboards, or analytics that an experienced business analyst would expect a company owner to monitor. The goal is to create a professional management system that allows me to quickly understand what is happening in the business, where we are performing well, where we are falling behind, and what needs my attention. Strong experience with advanced Excel, financial modeling, KPI dashboards, sales analytics, forecasting, Power Query, and business intelligence is preferred. I will provide existing spreadsheets with sample or sanitized data. Confidential customer information will not be required for development.
