Excel Data Cleaning & Power BI KPI Dashboard

I’m looking for someone to help clean and organise an existing Excel dataset and turn it into a simple, practical Power BI dashboard for internal reporting. The data contains operational records such as dates, categories, status, team/area, planned vs actual activity, revenue and cost information and a small number of quality/performance fields. The goal is to make the data easier to maintain and create a clear dashboard that gives a quick overview of performance and highlights any exceptions or problem areas. Scope of work: Review and clean the existing Excel data Standardise inconsistent categories, blanks and duplicate records Use Power Query where appropriate so the data can be refreshed later Structure the data for use in Power BI Create approximately 5–6 useful KPIs Build a simple 2-page Power BI dashboard Add filters/slicers for key categories such as date, team/area and service/category Create an overview page showing overall performance and trends Create a second page showing exceptions/details that may need attention Check that dashboard figures reconcile with the source data Provide a short explanation of how to refresh/update the dashboard Expected deliverables: Cleaned Excel dataset Power BI .pbix file Two completed dashboard pages Basic KPI definitions Short refresh/update instructions I’m looking for a clean and practical solution rather than an overly complex BI system. The dashboard should be easy to understand and maintain.
