Excel Sheet Conversion to Editable Shift Outputs

I have an operational activity timeline currently maintained in Excel. I also have a professionally designed reference image generated from this Excel data. I will provide: The original Excel file containing the actual schedule, timings, activities, and colors. The reference PNG/image showing the desired final visual design. I need a designer to recreate the reference design from scratch as a fully editable template. The final design should look very close to the supplied reference image, but every element must remain individually editable. Requirements The template should allow me to easily edit: Activity names Start/end times Length/width of timeline activity blocks Role names Colors Icons Headings Legend Notes Add/remove activities Add/remove roles Change Day Shift / Evening Shift timings The timeline uses 15-minute intervals, so the design should use a consistent grid that makes moving/resizing activities easy and keeps them aligned with the correct time. For example: If an activity changes from 09:00–11:00 to 09:30–12:00, I should be able to easily move/resize its block without redesigning the entire page. Deliverables Preferred format: Option 1: Canva — fully editable Canva template/design Option 2: Draw.io / diagrams.net — fully editable source file I am open to another tool if you can recommend something better, but the final source must remain 100% editable.
