Summary

I need some immediate help regarding an outlook issue that I am having with a challenging executive user. We use outlook 2019, and we are on prem. Most users use Office, home and business 2019. He has a couple contacts, that have merged without being manually instructed to merge. He uses an Iphone and uses the native mail app. I think most of his contacts are stored in exchange, but has some stored in his phone. He had 3 work contacts, merge into a single contact. Need some help to figure out what is going on with him. Currently, only one user is reporting the issue.
