Executive Assistant / Founder’s Associate (AI-First Operator)

We’re seeking a long-term Executive Assistant / Founder’s Associate to become the operational right hand of a founder managing multiple projects and businesses. This is not a traditional VA role. We need someone highly proactive who can take ownership, organize complexity, follow up with people, identify problems, and push things to completion without constant direction. The ideal person thinks: "I noticed this was unfinished, so I handled it." You will help manage priorities, projects, communications, research, systems, and daily operations using AI tools wherever possible.
