We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, finalise proposals, meet with staff, handle travel logistics, and maintain confidential communications. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while supporting a senior executive. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who can help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
