Im not happy with my current role and looking to get re portioned In particular, I want to understand: How you run the first positioning/strategy session How you decide what roles/markets i should target? How you turn career history into a clear executive value proposition? What you actually discuss during subsequent advisory sessions? How you coach outreach to recruiters, executives and decision-makers? How you prepare clients for senior-level interviews? What homework/actions you give after each meeting? How you keep clients accountable between sessions? What templates, frameworks or checklists you personally use?
