Job Description I am seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter / Reverse Recruiter to manage a targeted job search and recruiter outreach campaign for senior engineering and project management roles across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman) and Iraq. This contract uses a Hybrid Fixed-Base + Performance Bonus model tied to verified interview invitations. Key Responsibilities LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Re-architect profile headlines, summary sections, and technical keywords for executive recruiter visibility. Targeted Submissions: Submit 40 fully matching senior applications across major operator and EPC contractor career portals (e.g., Aramco contractors, ADNOC supply chain, Petrofac, Kent, Wood, Technip Energies, Nesma). Direct Recruiter Outreach: Craft and send professional outreach messages to practice leads and senior headhunters in the Middle East energy and infrastructure sectors. Application Tracker: Maintain a live Google Sheet tracking company names, titles, submission links, dates, and response statuses. Contract Structure & Milestones Milestone 1: Base Execution ($100 Escrow) Full LinkedIn profile optimization. Submission of 40 documented, fully matching applications logged in the tracker. Milestone 2: Performance Bonus ($50 per Qualified Interview Call, up to 3 calls = $150) Paid upon receiving a verified calendar invitation or official email confirmation for a screening call or interview with a recruiter or hiring manager. Interviews must meet the Target Screening Criteria below to qualify for the bonus. Target Candidate Screening Criteria Target Roles: Senior Project Manager, Project Director, Senior Construction Manager, Package Manager, Interface Coordinator. Target Industries: Oil & Gas (Upstream/Midstream), LP Gas Compression packages, pipeline infrastructure, storage tank construction/maintenance (API 653 code), and heavy industrial EPC revamps. Geographic Scope: Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province, Riyadh, Jubail), UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai), Iraq (Basra, Erbil), Qatar, and Oman. Strict Exclusions: Junior or mid-level roles, generic job boards requiring candidate fees, or non-technical commercial sectors. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record in executive sourcing or reverse recruiting within the Middle East energy/EPC sector. Flawless business English writing skills for executive-level correspondence.
