Executive Market Intelligence Research Analyst (Long-Term) I'm the founder of a boutique executive advisory firm that helps senior leaders across the UAE and Saudi Arabia access opportunities before they become public. This isn't a typical research role. I don't need someone who copies information from Google into a spreadsheet. I'm looking for someone who can think critically, connect dots, identify patterns and produce research that genuinely helps clients make better career decisions. If you've worked in executive search, consulting, strategy, business intelligence or market research, you'll probably enjoy this role. What you'll be doing For each client you'll help build a complete market intelligence report including: * Researching 100-200 target companies * Identifying hiring trends and expansion activity * Monitoring leadership appointments * Finding business growth signals * Building stakeholder maps * Researching CEOs, Directors and Hiring Managers * Identifying companies likely to hire before roles are advertised * Creating ranked opportunity lists * Summarising why each company is a strong fit * Producing executive-quality research reports You'll use tools such as: * LinkedIn * Google * ChatGPT * Claude * Perplexity * Excel / Google Sheets * Company websites * Business news * Any additional research tools you already know The type of person I'm looking for You enjoy solving problems. You naturally go deeper than the first Google result. You don't just collect information. You explain why it matters. You can spot patterns other people miss. You communicate clearly in written English. You enjoy researching businesses, industries and executive leadership teams. Nice to have Experience in one or more of: * Executive Search * Recruitment Research * Market Intelligence * Business Analysis * Management Consulting * Corporate Strategy * Investment Research * Business Development Research This is NOT for you if * You only copy and paste information. * You rely entirely on AI without checking facts. * You need constant direction. * You struggle to communicate clearly. * You miss deadlines.
