Executive Operations Assistant
Worldwide
Executive Operations Assistant (10–15 Hours/Week) Remote | Flexible Hours | Potential to Grow into a Long-Term Leadership Role I’m looking for someone who wants to become an essential part of my work—not simply complete tasks. I serve as the Senior Pastor of a large Houston church and lead a nonprofit community development organization focused on affordable housing, disaster response, and serving vulnerable communities. Every week involves a mix of leadership meetings, travel, fundraising, writing, research, and community engagement across the United States and internationally. The right person won’t just help me stay organized. They’ll help me create more time for the work only I can do. What You’ll Do You’ll help manage and move forward a wide variety of projects, including: * Managing my calendar and helping prioritize my schedule * Organizing meetings and tracking follow-up tasks * Coordinating travel research and itineraries * Conducting online research on grants, nonprofits, housing, policy, and other topics * Organizing documents and maintaining project files * Preparing meeting agendas and summaries * Drafting outlines, spreadsheets, and presentations * Helping manage AI tools and improve workflows * Tracking open projects so nothing slips through the cracks * Finding ways to improve systems and reduce unnecessary work What I’m Looking For This position is ideal for someone who: * Is exceptionally organized * Thinks several steps ahead * Loves solving problems * Communicates clearly in English * Learns new technology quickly * Is comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT * Can work independently without needing constant direction * Enjoys improving systems instead of simply following them Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who notices problems before I do and proposes solutions. The Opportunity This begins as a 10–15 hour per week role. If you consistently create value, take ownership, and become someone I rely on, I’m happy to expand both your responsibilities and your hours. My goal is to build a long-term partnership with someone who grows alongside the organizations I lead. I’m not looking for someone to simply check boxes. I’m looking for someone who wants to become a trusted partner. To Apply Please include: * A short introduction about yourself * Why this role interests you * Examples of projects you’ve organized or managed * Your experience with AI tools, project management software, and productivity systems * Your hourly rate * Your availability each week Bonus points if you enjoy learning, are naturally curious, and take pride in making complicated things feel simple.
