Exhibition Booth Designer – Real Estate Property Expo

We're a boutique real estate developer looking for a designer to create an exhibition booth design for upcoming property expos and trade shows. You should have experience designing booths or trade show environments specifically for real estate or high-consideration purchase categories, where the goal is stopping foot traffic and converting browsers into qualified leads. Scope of work: Design a full booth concept (layout, structure, signage, branding application) for a standard expo booth footprint (specify size, e.g. 3x3m, 6x3m, etc.) Apply existing brand guidelines, logo, colors, and imagery to booth design elements Design supporting print/display assets: back walls, pull-up banners, counter/reception desk wraps, hanging signage if applicable Provide a design that balances visual impact with functional flow (lead capture area, seating/consultation space, model/rendering display area if needed) Deliver print-ready files matched to booth fabricator/vendor specs Optional: provide a 3D render/mockup of the booth for internal approval before fabrication Requirements: Portfolio showing prior exhibition booth, trade show, or expo design work — real estate or property industry experience strongly preferred Experience designing for large-format print and booth fabrication (bleed, resolution, material specs) Ability to work from an existing brand guide and translate 2D brand assets into a 3D spatial environment Comfortable delivering files in formats usable by local booth fabricators (AI, EPS, PDF, or per vendor requirements) Good communication and ability to iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback Deliverables: Full booth design concept (visual direction + layout) Print-ready files for all booth surfaces and signage 3D render/mockup for approval (if in scope) To apply, please include: 2–3 examples of exhibition/booth design work, ideally real estate or property-related Note on your experience working with booth fabrication vendors (do you design print-ready to spec, or need a fabricator's template?)
