Summary

I'm looking for someone to animate this existing hand drawn logo scene. I would like to strip the text, and animate different element of this scene. I would like to animate the sun, birds, waves, surfboard, and movement of the guy surfing. This will be a hero image for their website. Before animation, it would be nice to get the colors better contrast / ready to be on a lighter background site
