I am a self-represented plaintiff in an active California Superior Court civil fraud/investment/ ponzi case involving an approximately $500,000 loss of retirement savings. The case has multiple defendants and entities and currently involves substantial discovery work, motions to compel, meet-and-confer issues, jurisdictional questions, and continuing evidence development. I am looking for an experienced California civil-litigation support professional who can help with discovery analysis and drafting, procedural research, first drafts of motion materials at my direction, case-law research, organization of pleadings/evidence, and deadline/procedure support. subject matter is investment/business fraud. Would you be interested in discussing a short paid test assignment and possible ongoing work if the fit is good? Thank you, James Hammick
