Acquisitions Specialist — Role Summary. A++ English required! Closing experience required. What the role is: You're the voice on the phone between our company and a property owner. Leads come to you on a silver platter — the cold-call team and internal analysis have already done the heavy lifting on comps and diligence. Your job is to review fast, catch any gaps, deliver a confident cash offer, negotiate through to verbal acceptance, and shepherd the deal into a signed Purchase Agreement. The role is part analyst (verify the work, spot what's missing), part closer (deliver offers without flinching), and part account manager (keep the CRM clean, follow up relentlessly). We buy undeveloped vacant land, and we need another motivated SUPERSTAR that wants to be part of a long-term company.
