Experienced Bookkeeper (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. Requirements: • Strong bookkeeping experience • Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) • Experience reconciling bank and credit card accounts • Ability to review financial statements and identify discrepancies • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines • Experience working with multiple clients preferred • Experience in a CPA, tax, or accounting firm is a plus Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records • Perform monthly reconciliations • Review and categorize transactions • Prepare financial reports • Assist with month-end close and bookkeeping cleanup projects • Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping needs Position Details: • Remote position • Full-time • Competitive compensation based on experience To apply, please send your resume, availability, expected hourly rate, and a brief summary of your bookkeeping experience.
