Experienced Child Psychology Webinar Presenter and Content Developer
Worldwide
Experienced Child Psychology Webinar Presenter and Content Developer We are seeking an experienced psychology professional to develop and present high-quality educational webinars for psychologists, mental health practitioners, counsellors, allied health professionals, and other clinicians working with children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will have an established record of presenting professional education, clinical training, CPD webinars, university lectures, workshops, or conference sessions to psychologists and other mental health professionals. This role requires more than subject knowledge. We need someone who can translate current research and clinical experience into webinars that are credible, practical, engaging, and memorable. ### Areas of Interest We are particularly interested in presenters with expertise in: * Child and adolescent psychology * ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence * Impulsivity and emotional dysregulation * Challenging or high-risk behaviour * School refusal and educational disengagement * Anxiety and behavioural difficulties * Parenting neurodivergent or emotionally reactive children * Supporting neurodivergent children in educational settings * Executive functioning and self-regulation * Collaboration between clinicians, schools, and families We also welcome original webinar proposals addressing significant clinical challenges faced by professionals working with children, adolescents, and families. ### Responsibilities Depending on the project, you may be responsible for: * Developing a 60–90-minute webinar for a professional clinical audience * Establishing clear and relevant learning outcomes * Reviewing current research and professional guidelines * Translating complex psychological concepts into practical clinical guidance * Creating polished slides, case examples, handouts, and reflective activities * Presenting live and/or recorded webinars with confidence and authority * Facilitating professional discussion and responding to participant questions * Using de-identified case material to connect theory with practice * Collaborating with our team on content structure, timing, and presentation quality * Responding constructively to clinical and editorial feedback * Delivering all materials according to agreed deadlines Applicants may apply as a presenter, content developer, or both. Preference will be given to professionals who can confidently manage both webinar development and delivery. ### Essential Experience Applicants should demonstrate: * Relevant postgraduate qualifications in psychology, mental health, counselling, behavioural science, or a closely related discipline * Professional registration or recognised clinical credentials * Significant direct experience working with children or adolescents * Experience working with neurodivergent children and/or their families * Strong knowledge of child development and contemporary psychological research * Previous experience presenting to psychologists, mental health practitioners, allied health professionals, or other clinical audiences * The ability to communicate complex clinical material clearly and responsibly * Excellent spoken and written English * A professional, reliable, and collaborative working style ### Strongly Preferred We are especially interested in applicants who have: * Delivered CPD webinars or professional-development training * Presented at professional conferences, clinical workshops, universities, or mental health organisations * Worked in private practice, schools, hospitals, multidisciplinary clinics, or child-development services * Experience facilitating live professional discussions and question-and-answer sessions * Knowledge of adult learning and webinar design * Experience creating polished PowerPoint or equivalent presentations * Published research, professional resources, books, or clinical articles * An engaging and confident presentation style that holds the attention of an experienced professional audience ### Quality Expectations Our audience already understands foundational psychology. We are not looking for introductory lectures, generic parenting advice, or presentations that simply summarise diagnostic criteria. A successful webinar should: * Address a clearly defined clinical or professional problem * Be grounded in credible and current research * Offer clinical nuance rather than oversimplified solutions * Respect neurodiversity and avoid pathologising language * Include compelling, de-identified case examples * Help participants make better clinical or professional decisions * Provide practical frameworks, strategies, or resources * Maintain engagement throughout the presentation * Acknowledge evidence limitations and areas of professional debate ### Project Arrangements This is a remote, project-based opportunity with the potential for ongoing collaboration. Webinars will generally run for 60–90 minutes and may include a live discussion or question-and-answer component. Some webinars may also be recorded and offered as self-paced professional education. Scope, fees, deadlines, attribution, intellectual-property arrangements, and recording permissions will be agreed upon before each project begins. Shortlisted applicants may initially be invited to complete a paid pilot webinar. ### How to Apply Please provide: 1. Your current professional role and location 2. Your qualifications and professional registration 3. Your experience working directly with children and adolescents 4. Your experience working with neurodivergent children, families, or schools 5. Details of presentations delivered to psychologists or mental health professionals 6. Links to previous webinars, lectures, conference presentations, or training recordings 7. A sample slide deck or professional learning resource, if available 8. One to three webinar topics you would be qualified to develop and present 9. Whether you are applying as a presenter, content developer, or both 10. Your proposed fee and availability over the next three months Please describe the professional audiences you have previously presented to and the approximate number of presentations you have delivered. Generic applications that do not demonstrate relevant clinical and professional presentation experience may not be considered.
