Experienced Cold Caller & Appointment Setter (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced Cold Caller & Appointment Setter who thrives on turning cold calls into qualified appointments. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy overcoming objections, and have the drive to exceed goals, we'd love to hear from you. This is more than just making calls. We're looking for someone who can build rapport quickly, think on their feet, and naturally guide conversations toward scheduling appointments. Responsibilities Make a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls per day Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients Send a follow up text message and email when a prospect does not answer Handle objections confidently and professionally Keep detailed notes in our CRM after every interaction Provide daily updates and feedback on call outcomes, trends, and opportunities Take initiative by identifying ways to improve outreach and conversion rates Requirements 3+ years of cold calling experience (sales experience strongly preferred) Proven track record of booking appointments from cold outreach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to naturally build rapport and carry engaging conversations Strong objection handling and closing skills Self motivated, proactive, and results driven Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment Comfortable working independently while communicating regularly with the team What We're Looking For Someone who is hungry, ambitious, and competitive A professional who takes ownership of their work Someone who goes above and beyond, not just meets the minimum A team member who wants to grow with our company long term To Apply Please include the following: A brief summary of your cold calling experience.
