Experienced Documentary Scripter Writer

Looking for a top notch script writer for my documentary youtube channel focusing on businesses and money (like the collapse of X, or bad decision that cost a brand millions). Example channels are Coresight and Logically Answered. The ideal candiate can breakdown the repeatable script format this channels are using and repat it with our own topics. I need someone who also provide a shot list. Referencing videos, images, or suggesting orginal motion graphics to tell the story and to make sure the script and visisual sync perfectly.
