Experienced Fashion Designer for Australian Women’s Fashion Brand

We are an Australian-based, small-batch slow fashion label. We are looking for an experienced fashion designer to work with long term. What you'll do: - Design prints and silhouettes true to our aesthetic - Plan mini drops with cohesive themes across print, colour, and story - Build full tech packs — measurements, construction specs, fabric, print placement - Liaise directly with our China-based manufacturers on sampling, fit, and timelines - Grade and check fit against Australian sizing standards — accuracy here is critical - Review samples and flag corrections before bulk production (virtually and only if required) What you'll need: - Proven tech pack experience with full measurement specs (non-negotiable) - Strong grasp of Australian womenswear sizing and grading - Experience working directly with overseas manufacturers, ideally China - An eye for print, drape, sustainable fabrics and small-batch production - Bonus: hand-drawn illustration skills Please include 1–2 tech pack examples with your application — applications without these won't be considered.
