Experienced Framer Designer–Developer for Executive Website

We are seeking a highly capable Framer designer–developer to transform a substantially prepared body of website architecture, content, and visual assets into a premium executive, and professional digital experience. This assignment requires strong visual judgment, disciplined Framer execution, exceptional communication and independent ownership. The selected resource must be able to work through four structured seven-day sprints and achieve full development and production deployment within 28 days or less. We will evaluate candidates based on the quality of their existing Framer work, relevant experience, communication, proposed approach and commercial bid. Two or three finalists will be invited to develop a homepage mockup using supplied materials. Please review the attached specification before submitting your proposal.
