Experienced Land Listing Photo Editor Ongoing High-Volume Work

We are a growing land real estate company with approximately 300 active property listings at any given time. We’re looking for an experienced photo editor who can create professional, attention-grabbing images for vacant land listings. This is not a one-time project. We need someone dependable who wants consistent, long-term work. **What You’ll Create** Using drone photography, aerial imagery, maps, and property photos, you will: * Clearly outline property boundaries * Highlight road frontage, access points, and nearby landmarks * Add professional labels, arrows, and feature callouts * Create polished cover images that stand out on listing websites * Maintain a clean, consistent visual style across all properties * Make the land easy for buyers to understand at a glance **What We’re Looking For** * Previous experience editing photos for land or real-estate listings * Strong skills in Photoshop or similar professional editing software * Ability to work with parcel maps and understand property boundaries * Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail * Fast, dependable turnaround * Capacity to handle a steady volume of listings * Strong communication and ability to follow an established process Experience with vacant land is strongly preferred.
