Experienced Link Building Specialist — Multi-Site Portfolio (Contract)

I run a portfolio of websites. I need someone to own link building across all of them, start to finish. And I mean start: you come up with the link-worthy ideas, not just the outreach. If your playbook is buying links from marketplaces or blasting templated guest post emails, this isn't the job. Your objective: Get links from high-DR sites pointing to key pages across the portfolio. The measurement is simple: links acquired. Everything below are just examples of tactics. What you'll create (you pitch the concept, I approve, you execute): Data studies — turn our customer surveys, sales data, and search trends into stories journalists cite Stat pages — curated statistics pages writers link to when they need a source Free tools & calculators — embeddable assets that earn links every time someone uses them Awards programs — "best of" awards where winners embed our badge with a link Image libraries — original photos people use and credit with attribution PR angles — timely hooks and reactive pitches tied to news and trends What you'll run — bread-and-butter tactics like these (not an exhaustive list): Unlinked brand mention reclamation Journalist request platforms (Qwoted, Featured, Source of Sources) Broken link and "moving man" outreach Resource page placements Testimonial links Week to week: Pitch me asset concepts Prospect and qualify targets in Ahrefs Write outreach that doesn't read like outreach Get our data in front of writers and editors Send a short Friday update: links acquired, DR of each, target pages hit, pipeline Use AI tools to move faster. I don't care how the sausage gets made as long as the quality holds. You should have: 2+ years of white-hat link building, with live links you can show and explain At least one campaign that was your idea from the beginning Strong written English Fluency in Ahrefs and spreadsheets Bonus: digital PR or affiliate/e-commerce experience The deal: ~20 hours a week to start. Results turn this into full-time. You work directly with me.
