EXPERIENCED NONFICTION BOOK EDITOR WANTED Business / Entrepreneurship Book • Amazon KDP • Long-Term Opportunity I am looking for an exceptional nonfiction book editor to help prepare my first business book for publication on Amazon KDP. This is not a one-off project. The successful editor will have the opportunity to edit an entire series of business books as well as future books in another publishing brand. I'm looking for someone who can become a long-term editorial partner. About the Book Approximately 65,000 words Genre: * Business * Entrepreneurship * Leadership * Personal Development The writing style is conversational, story-driven, practical, and occasionally humorous. What I'm Looking For I am NOT looking for someone who simply fixes grammar. I'm looking for an editor who can make a very good manuscript become an outstanding one. Specifically, I want someone who can: * Improve pacing * Strengthen storytelling * Tighten the writing * Eliminate repetition * Improve transitions * Challenge weak arguments * Improve clarity * Increase reader engagement * Preserve my writing voice * Copyedit grammar, punctuation, and consistency * Work using Microsoft Word Track Changes I value honest editorial feedback. If something isn't working, I want you to tell me.
