Experienced HR Professional for Mock Interviews

We are looking for experienced HR professionals, recruiters, or hiring/interview specialists to help with an academic research study involving structured online interviews. The project involves conducting standardized mock interviews with undergraduate participants for an entry-level Financial Analyst role and completing structured evaluation forms after each interview. This is not a sourcing or placement role. The main task is to serve as a trained interviewer/evaluator in a research setting. Responsibilities include attending a brief online training session, reviewing the interview protocol and role description, conducting structured Zoom interviews, asking standardized questions, and completing evaluation forms that rate communication quality, analytical reasoning, overall interview performance, hiring recommendation, and predicted performance on a short job-related task. Ideal candidates have experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, or structured interviewing. Experience with entry-level business, finance, analyst, accounting, consulting, or corporate roles is especially helpful. Requirements: fluent English communication, professional interviewing style, strong attention to detail, comfort with Zoom, ability to follow a standardized interview script, and willingness to complete structured evaluation forms carefully after each interview. Experience with U.S. hiring or entry-level business/finance roles is strongly preferred. Estimated workload is approximately 15-20 hours per evaluator, including training, interviews, and evaluation time. The project will take place over the next few weeks.
