Experienced Project Manager Needed to Teach Live Interview Prep Using Real-World Examples I am a PMP instructor looking for an experienced Project Manager, Program Manager, PMO professional, or hiring manager to lead a live project management interview preparation session for a small group of students this Wednesday, August 19. Teaching Approach This should be an interactive working session. For several interview questions, I would like you to break the answer down into: * The real situation: Describe what actually happened on the project. * The Project Manager’s responsibility: Explain what you were accountable for and what decisions were yours to make. * What you actually did: Walk students through your actions, conversations, decisions, tools, meetings, escalations, and thought process. * The outcome: Explain what changed because of your actions. * The interview version: Show students how you would take that full experience and turn it into a concise, strong interview answer. * Why the answer works: Explain what a hiring manager should hear in the response. I would also like students to practice answering questions and receive live feedback and coaching.
