Busy Miami real estate agent with 10+ years of experience is looking for an experienced, sharp and highly organized Real Estate Assistant who wants to grow with us long-term. What we’re looking for: ✨ Real estate experience required 📅 Schedule & manage appointments and Zoom calls 📞 Communicate and follow up with clients, leads, vendors & office contacts 💻 Experience with Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel & other CRMs 🏠 MLS experience — listing properties, updating listings & understanding the real estate process 📊 Prepare comparables/CMAs and property research 📁 Excellent with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, files & document organization 📲 Make calls, manage leads and stay on top of follow-ups ⚡ Able to multitask and work well under pressure 🎯 Extremely organized, detail-oriented, responsible & punctual 🧠 Fast learner, good listener and analytical — DISC Type C personality is a plus 😎 Positive, fun personality with a strong work ethic and a “get it done” attitude 🚀 LONG-TERM GROWTH OPPORTUNITY We’re not looking for someone who just wants another job.
