Experienced Supply Chain Manager Needed
Worldwide
VogueNow is a growing skincare brand selling across the US, UK, Canada and Europe through Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and other sales channels. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to take ownership of our global supply chain—from demand forecasting and purchasing through production, freight, inventory control and final marketplace delivery. Right inventory. Right market. Right time. Right cost and quality. Key Responsibilities - Own demand forecasting and inventory planning across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and other sales channels. - Maintain healthy inventory levels while reducing stockouts, excess stock, ageing inventory and storage costs. - Create purchase orders based on forecasts, lead times, safety stock, supplier capacity and cash-flow plans. - Manage suppliers, production schedules, pricing, quantities, timelines and payment requirements. Coordinate product inspections and resolve quality issues before inventory is shipped. - Manage freight from supplier pickup through customs, warehouses, Amazon FBA and final inventory receipt. - Compare freight options based on cost, speed and operational risk. Investigate lost, damaged, short-received or incorrectly processed inventory and recover reimbursements. - Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Finance and Brand Operations on launches, promotions and demand changes. - Build and improve supply-chain SOPs, trackers, dashboards and automations. - Provide weekly updates and monthly reporting on inventory health, supplier performance, logistics costs and key risks. Eligibility Requirements You must have: - At least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, inventory planning, purchasing, logistics or a closely related role. - Experience managing supply chain for a physical-product or e-commerce business. - Strong knowledge of forecasting, safety stock, reorder points, lead times and inventory planning. - Experience managing suppliers, purchase orders, production and international freight. - Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. Who Will Succeed in This Role - Fast but detail-oriented: You move quickly without creating costly mistakes. - An owner: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks. - Proactive: You identify and escalate risks before they become emergencies. - Highly organised: Your trackers, documents and follow-ups are accurate and updated. - Resourceful: You find solutions instead of waiting for someone else. - Systems-minded: You improve processes and automate repetitive work. - Self-driven: You do not require constant reminders or supervision. - Committed to improvement: You learn from mistakes and continuously raise your standards. This Role Is Not for You If - You only update trackers without analysing or acting on the information. - You wait for your manager to identify every problem. - You communicate delays only after deadlines have been missed. - You need repeated follow-ups to complete agreed actions. - You avoid accountability or difficult supplier conversations. - You struggle with details, documentation or follow-through. How to Apply - Please submit your CV or profile along with a 3–6 minute video answering the following three questions: 1. Briefly introduce yourself, explain your relevant supply-chain experience and tell us why you are a strong fit for this role. 2. A key product will run out of stock in the US in four weeks. The UK has ten weeks of stock, supplier production is delayed by two weeks, sea freight takes five weeks and air freight costs four times more. A promotion is also planned in six weeks. Explain how you would manage the inventory, freight and promotion while working with limited cash. 3. A supplier informs you that 20% of a completed order has failed inspection three days before shipment. The remaining units are needed for an upcoming launch, and delaying the full shipment may cause a stockout. Explain how you would handle the supplier, inspection failure, shipment decision and internal communication—and what you would put in place to prevent the issue from happening again. In your written application, please also include: - Your current location. - Your availability and notice period. - Your expected monthly compensation. - The approximate number of SKUs, suppliers and markets you have managed. - The supply-chain and inventory tools you have used.
