Experienced QA Tester Needed for Healthcare Web App and PWA

I am seeking an experienced software QA tester to thoroughly test CoreAxis, a healthcare-focused web application and progressive web app. This is a complete functional and usability review. I need someone who explores the app like a real user, tests expected workflows, attempts unexpected actions, and documents every issue clearly. Scope of testing: • Account registration, login, logout, password reset, and session behavior • User roles, permissions, and account access restrictions • Navigation, buttons, forms, links, menus, and notifications • Database search, including fuzzy matching, capitalization, misspellings, filters, and empty results • Image and document uploads • AI-assisted features and failure handling • PDF viewing, saving, downloading, and opening on mobile devices • Reports, exports, and downloaded files • Mobile and PWA behavior • Desktop and mobile browser compatibility • Loading states, error messages, invalid inputs, and slow connections • Data isolation between different user accounts • Broken links, visual problems, confusing workflows, and inconsistent behavior • Basic performance and security observations Required device and browser coverage: • Chrome on Windows • Edge on Windows • Safari on iPhone • Chrome on Android • At least one tablet-sized screen • Multiple desktop and mobile screen sizes Deliverables: 1. A written test plan listing all features and workflows tested. 2. A complete bug report containing: Bug identification number Feature or page affected Severity level Browser and device Exact reproduction steps Expected result Actual result Screenshot or screen recording Recommended correction, when appropriate 3. A prioritized list of release-blocking issues. 4. A usability report identifying confusing or inefficient workflows. 5. A final retest report after the identified problems are corrected. 6. Automated regression tests for the most important workflows, preferably using Playwright or Cypress. Important requirements: • You must have experience testing web-based SaaS products. • Healthcare application experience is preferred. • Experience testing AI features, PDFs, uploads, downloads, and role-based permissions is strongly preferred. • You must provide clear, reproducible bug reports. • Only synthetic test data will be used. No real patient information will be provided. • You must agree to keep the application and its contents confidential. • Do not apply if you only provide general feedback without detailed testing evidence. The initial engagement will begin with a paid $100 trial. The trial will cover login, account permissions, search, PDF viewing, and one AI-assisted workflow.
