Experienced Thumbnail Designer for YouTube Explainer Channel

Hey there! We are a YouTube Automation company looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Thumbnail Designer to join our team for a long-term collaboration. Our channel is an Explainer Channel, so the goal is to make complex or interesting topics immediately understandable and visually compelling. The overall visual identity of our videos is inspired by a hand-painted watercolor / watercolour illustration style. Thumbnail Style For our thumbnails, we are looking for a combination of two visual approaches: 1. Classic YouTube Explainer Thumbnails The thumbnails should follow proven principles from successful channels in the Explainer niche: clear visual storytelling, strong composition, an instantly understandable idea, curiosity, and high click potential. 2. Our Watercolour Visual Identity At the same time, the thumbnails should visually connect to the style of our videos. Our video illustrations are inspired by a distinctive watercolour / hand-painted aesthetic, and this should be reflected in the thumbnails as well. The goal is not simply to copy another channel, but to combine proven Explainer-thumbnail concepts with our own recognizable watercolour identity.
