Looking for someone who has worked behind the scenes at a transaction coordination company. Not the coordinator on the file, the person who supports them. If you have handled intake, entered contracts, chased documents, updated timelines, and kept files organized for a TC or a TC team, this is your background. The work: - Entering contract data into our platform - Setting up files and timelines - Document collection and organization - Ongoing cleanup and follow-up tasks Requirements: - Experience supporting a transaction coordinator or TC company - Familiar with US residential purchase contracts - Comfortable with at least one TC platform or CRM - Reliable, consistent availability Small tasks assigned per file, so you can work at your own pace.
