Experienced Upwork Bidder & Business Developer for AI / Web Dev Studio (Ongoing, Long-Term)

About us: AI Storm Labs is an AI-first software studio building web, mobile, and AI products for founders and startups. We're looking for a long-term business development partner to run our lead generation, first on Upwork and later on LinkedIn. What you'll do: Find and qualify the right jobs on Upwork. Write sharp, tailored proposals and reply fast. Later, run compliant LinkedIn outreach. Book qualified calls; our senior founder joins to close. Keep the pipeline organized. Must-haves: 2+ years personally bidding on Upwork (writing and sending proposals yourself, not managing a team). A track record you can show: clients won, revenue, or proposal-to-hire rate. Excellent written English. Available ongoing in a Pakistan-friendly timezone. Nice to have: selling software or technical services, LinkedIn lead generation. How we work: this is an ongoing hourly role with a performance bonus tied to revenue you help land, so strong performers earn more.
