The ideal candidate should have strong experience creating engaging, cinematic, and story-driven sports content. You should know how to turn a script and voiceover into a professional video that keeps viewers engaged from start to finish. Responsibilities Edit long-form sports documentary videos with strong storytelling and pacing. Match visuals closely with the script and voiceover. Use relevant footage, images, music, sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics. Create engaging, cinematic, and YouTube-ready videos. Maintain strong viewer retention through effective editing. Requirements Experience editing sports documentaries or similar storytelling content. Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Good eye for visuals, sound design, and cinematic editing. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow references and feedback.
